BETHESDA HOME SEARCH

Moving to Bethesda, Maryland? Bethesda, Maryland is located just a bit north of our Nations Capital. Bethesda is a “target destination” for people moving to the area and offers urban, suburban and a taste of country in Montgomery County. The town features not one but two award winning high schools.

Bethesda Chevy Chase High School serves a large portion of the area. The school has been producing graduates that go on to accomplish great things. This little gem educated …

Information about the schools is available at the Montgomery County Public Schools website which can be accessed by visiting Montgomery County Public Schools. In addition to the public schools, Bethesda offers several private schools at every grade level.

The importance of a good educational system is the prime factor that leads families to seek out Bethesda when moving to the DC area. Bethesda is a great place to call home. The town offers much more than schools.

Downtown

The heart of downtown Bethesda has gone under renovation and the city planners have created traffic free shopping areas. You can shop, stop for a bite to eat at one of hundreds of restaurants and walk over to one of the local theaters to see a movie or a play. There are parking garages with access to all the shopping. If small boutiques are not your cup of tea, Montgomery Mall is located just outside the downtown area and offers most of the major retailers.

Due to it’s location, right outside Washington, DC, residents can hop on the Meto and take the subway to visit the National Mall, Museums, the Verizon Center (home of the Washington Capitals and Washington Wizards) or the Washington Nationals ball park. Living in Bethesda gives you access to all the amenities in our Nation’s Capital.

Downtown Bethesda is surrounded by suburban neighborhoods that offer every kind of living style. There are single family homes, town homes and condominiums. We have sold homes in this area and are quite familiar with each neighborhood and love to connect newcomers with the home of their dreams. My partner, Lourdes Tudela and I have lived in the area for all of our adult lives. We are here because we love this area and look forward to sharing that joy with you.  If you just want to ask a question about Bethesda Maryland, you can reach us at 301-509-5111.
